2005

Cogent Solutions Group LLC (CSG) was founded. CSG’s first product, Hyaluronex®, launched for equine joint support.

2006

MHB3®, Cogent’s patented and proprietary oral Hyaluronic Acid (HA), was introduced to the market. The Trixsyn® line of products for companion animal joint relief was launched. The first clinical study for MHB3® was completed (Kiburz).

2007

Baxyl®, CSG’s first human product, was launched.

2008

Is there a way to schedule my shipments so that I don't have to re-order every month?

Yes! We offer an auto-ship program through our manufacturing office. You can schedule an automatic shipment of Baxyl every month. Just call the number on the back of the bottle.

What are your shipping rates?

Effective July 1, 2022, retail orders under $50.00 are subject to a $7.00 shipping fee. Wholesale orders under $400.00 are subject to a $15.00 shipping fee. If orders meet or exceed the specified pricing limit, shipping is free.

Is my packaging BPA-free?

Yes. All plastic packaging is BPA-free.

There are multiple ways to order our products. What do I do if my product accidentally freezes or is exposed to extreme heat?

If your product freezes, place it at room temperature and allow it to thaw slowly. Do not allow the product to freeze again. If exposed to heat, place at room temperature and allow to cool slowly. Do not allow the product to get that hot again. Repeat exposure to those temperatures can dramatically reduce the efficacy of the product. Recommend storing in a location out of direct sunlight, between 40°F and 80°F. Damage to the product can affect product consistency; if it is more watery than usual, the molecule may have decreased efficacy due to molecular breakdown.

Can I recycle my Baxyl bottles?

Yes, all parts of the Baxyl® bottle, are able to be recycled.
